Voco Bilbao - City By Ihg

During our stay for 3 nights, we really enjoyed how convenient it was to walk to the city’s old part and explore nearby attractions like the Church of San Francisco de Asis. The common area of the hotel was fantastic, with a chill vibe and great places to eat or relax. The gym facilities were a nice bonus for a quick workout after a day of sightseeing. I found the shower setup to be a bit odd, as it lacked privacy since it wasn't in a separate area from the bedroom.

The employees were excellent and very informative. We have booked twin/double room for 2 nights, everything was excellent, it had central heating, multi-channel television and a study table. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was stylish.

The staff was lovely. Spotlessly clean room and nice bar/cafe for late-night relaxation.

The neighborhood feels less than appealing!!! Limited parking availability makes arriving a hassle!!! Noise from adjacent rooms disrupts peace!!! Glass-walled showers lack privacy!!! Awkward bathroom layout detracts from comfort!!!

Shower privacy issues arose since it was integrated into the bedroom. The room had minimal clothing storage space, leading to a cluttered feel, and street noise persisted until late at night, especially during weekends. No tea or coffee-making facilities created a lack of convenience .

I almost gave a good review, but I couldn't ignore the noise outside my room or the absolute lack of tea/coffee facilities. I expected better treatment or at least a room upgrade, but I suppose that's too much to ask for at this, uhm, hotel. Save your cash and find somewhere classier.

The hotel is very clean and well presented, offering great facilities like a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. The bed was comfortable, and I loved the large walk-in shower in my room. Plus, the staff were super friendly and helpful!

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect and excellent, within walking distance to major attractions and the prime area of the city. the staff is caring and dedicated to ensuring a comfortable stay.

The rooms are beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and have a fan, along with very comfortable beds; the staff is attentive and prompt with their service.
